You can easily reset your password through Account Settings page.

You can provide client access to CredyApp portal where they can check status of Credentialing Process. Click on Add new User right from left menu, insert email and Name of the Providers, assign role “Provider” and access for Groups, Providers and Workflow. Users will receive an email invitation to their accounts.
