You can easily reset your password through the Account Settings page.

You can provide client access to the CredyApp portal, where they can check the status of the credentialing process. Click Add New User from the left menu, enter the provider’s email and name, assign the role Provider, and grant access to Groups, Providers, and Workflow. Users will receive an email invitation to their accounts.
