Wellpoint Federal Renames Its Provider Website and Portal

Effective September 11, 2026, National Government Services began operating as Wellpoint Federal. NGSMedicare is now called Provider Website, NGSConnex is Provider Portal, and the landing page is https://provider.wellpointfederal.com/. The former ngsmedicare.com address redirects through September 11, 2027. The notice says the name and URL changes do not alter the functions or services available through the portals. Staff should update bookmarks and internal training materials so they continue to find the same resources under the new names.
