MetroPlusHealth Partners with BetterDoctor to Maintain Accurate Provider Directory Information 

MetroPlusHealth has partnered with BetterDoctor to keep all participating provider information accurate and up-to-date in the MetroPlusHealth Provider Directory. 

What Is Required  

You must maintain current and verifiable information for every practice location: address, phone number, office hours, languages spoken, and website. 

How BetterDoctor Works  

BetterDoctor will contact your practice every 90 days to verify your listing. Upon confirmation or update, they will submit changes directly to MetroPlusHealth on your behalf. 

Action Steps 

• Respond promptly to every BetterDoctor outreach. 
• Submit all updates through the MetroPlusHealth Provider Portal. 
• Do not ignore requests — unverified listings risk removal from the directory. 

Regulatory Note  

This is required by New York State regulations and the federal No Surprises Act.
