Highmark Completes the Move to CertifyOS for Delaware Credentialing

11/05/2026

Beginning October 5, 2026, professional and organizational providers in Delaware use the CertifyOS portal for initial credentialing applications and status tracking; organizational providers can also submit recredentialing applications. Providers should activate their account, add practitioners or facilities to the dashboard and respond promptly to requests for additional information from outreach@certifyos.com. Credentialing approval alone does not mean a provider is ready to bill: applicable contracts must be fully executed and the welcome letter must confirm the network effective date.

Why it matters

The new portal is part of the application and tracking workflow, but it does not replace all contracting steps. An approved credentialing file and an executed agreement are distinct milestones. If staff start scheduling or billing based only on a portal submission, the practice may begin before its network effective date has been confirmed.

What practices should do

Activate the CertifyOS account, add the applicable individual or organization, and monitor the dashboard for outstanding requests. Respond to messages from outreach@certifyos.com with the requested documents. Before billing as participating, confirm that credentialing is complete, the contract is executed and the welcome letter states the effective date; record that date in the practice-management system.
