Overdue Follow-ups:

CredyApp's dashboard employs a set of rules to identify workflows that are considered overdue follow-ups. The criteria for categorizing a workflow as an overdue follow-up are as follows:

Workflow Status: In Progress

Workflows that are still in progress are flagged as potential overdue follow-ups.

Follow-Up (F/U) Date: Less Than Current Date

Workflows with follow-up dates that have passed are considered overdue.

Workflow Update: Not Since Follow-Up Date Expiry

A crucial criterion is that the workflow must not have been updated since the follow-up date has expired. This ensures that there has been no recent activity to address the overdue status.


Delinquent Workflows:

CredyApp also provides a mechanism for identifying delinquent workflows, which are workflows that have not progressed as expected. The rules for categorizing a workflow as delinquent are as follows:

Exclude Certain Statuses: Approved / Panel Closed / Cancelled / Hold

Workflows with these statuses are excluded from consideration as delinquent, recognizing that they may have reached a resolution or have been intentionally put on hold.

Last Workflow Note: Added More Than 30 Days Ago

For workflows not falling into the excluded statuses, the system checks the last workflow note's timestamp. If the last note was added more than 30 days ago, the workflow is flagged as delinquent.

No Workflow Note in 30 Days: Auto-Delinquent

If no workflow notes have been added for a period of 30 days, the system automatically categorizes the workflow as delinquent on the next day. This ensures that workflows without recent updates are not overlooked.
